We purchased the boat 2 years ago and have loved every moment we have owned it. It is our family retreat and we have created countless memories together. A little about our boat. It is a 1999 Somerset and has 3 StateRooms and 2 full bathrooms. Two 350HP MerCruiser Engines and a Generator that runs the entire boat while out on the water. Everything on the boat works. The engines all fire up without a problem and we maintain the boat as a boat owner is supposed to. It has a full kitchen with full sized appliances. All work. Has a new full-sized washer and dryer. It also has a full-sized diswahser. The top deck offers amazing views of Lake Pleasant. The boat also has two helms (one up top and one inside) both helms are fully functional. The front and back porches also offer great seating and views of Lake Pleasant. All fixtures work, all lights work, all electronics work. The boat is a rare find in houseboats because most never move and have all kinds of mechanical problems. Our boat also offers a Trane central air and heat system that keeps the boat at 74 Degrees at Night and 76 Degrees during the day on these hot summer days.
