It's definitely about half a gallon when it's full to the top, if all else fails im going to do that dye test. But for now I'm gonna go around and make sure everything is sealed with fresh silicone

With the humidity, it could be moisture that is dropping onto a surface overnight and accumulating. more

yeah, so I don't know what to do anymore. I've gotten a few opinions on people and haven't found much about the issue. the water that fills that hole has such an awful smell, almost has a hint of some sort of petroleum smell (the fuel tanks are sealed). while out on the water it doesn't fill up so that tells me that it's more of water getting in there from somewhere else than the bottom of the boat. it typically accumulates there throughout the day and I have to suck it out with the shop vac about twice a day here
