We looked at different vehicles and found one that fit our needs. Dawn was very helpful, kind, polite and LISTENED to what we needed in our price range. My salesmen was Ralph. He's so friendly and honest. He talks straight and honestly. He doesn't hide anything to rip off customers with a car. He works with your budget and gives great deals. He talked to the Boss and they offered me a good deal for a SUV I liked. It had a few details to fix, but nothing to affect the good performance of the car. The Boss told me to take the suv to the other location of dealership at "INDY AUTO CENTER" at Michigan Rd northwest of Indianapolis to get it fixed. They're the same owners of these two dealerships (which was perfect for me, closer where I live). They promised it and they kept their word.
