at canadian tire they had the 4000uv as well, not too sure the difference, lasts longer when exposed to sun maby more
5200 is the permanent stuff, 4200 is less permanent, fast cure 5200 is the fast curing stuff (obviously). here
Alternatively you can use PL Concrete crack and mortar sealer (this is NOT the same thing as the PL Premium adhesive). Other than the fact that it's a light gray color (concrete color) it's the same ingredients as 3m 5200, but since it doesn't have "marine" written on the package it's only about $3 a tube. more
I get mine at Home Depot for about $8 a tube (the caulk tube size, not the squeeze tube). more

Users favor a sealant or caulk that is easy to apply and tighten the bond within gaps. It needs planning to ease the preparation work, application, cleaning, and compressing the seals. Be sure to clean any dirt off the surface, dry it, and mask the edges for good application.
Polyether and Silane-modified polymers (SMP) offer good adhesion, are removable, and do not discolor under sunlight with cure times similar to polyurethane. [links]
