Thirteen years ago Italian owners Cristiano and Walter established Agua Restaurant and Lounge with the intention of creating a fresh and vibrant dining experience that avoided conventional Italian restaurant stereotypes and in 2018 they relocated to Camana Bay's breezy waterfront. more

Next Door – as its name suggests – is located directly adjacent to its owners’ existing Camana Bay restaurant, Agua. Agua bartenders Matt Fitzgerald and Corey Scruggs are at the bar’s helm and create an inventive menu of cocktails that celebrate Cayman’s traditions. In addition to the Cayman-inspired cocktail menu, there is a bar bites menu created by Agua’s executive chef Jon Herzog, providing ideal bites explained by Epple as “elegant bar food”, to complement the bar’s drinks offerings.
