The AGA recently conducted a study to test which commercially available products are best at removing organic contaminants from galvanized steel. Many products were tested, and most of them worked very well at removing the contaminants without affecting the finish of the coating. Cleaning with these products consisted of applying and removing the product to the galvanized surface in accordance with the manufacturers instructions, rinsing with water and then drying. The following products did not damage the coating:

Do you have any cleaner that will work on my galvanized trailer. I purchased it used and there are markings in what looks like a Sharpie pen. Would like to remove the writing and restore the trailer. here
If it is ink from a Sharpie or Magic Marker, acetone will remove it. Afterwards, you can use Algex to clean and brighten the galvanized coating on your trailer. If you want to protect the finish on your trailer for longer periods of time, you can use Alumetron . It will protect against chemical attack, road salt, water damage, fresh and salt, etc. and keep your trailer new looking and easy to maintain.
If you are at an office or shared network, you can ask the network administrator to run a scan across the network looking for misconfigured or infected devices. here
