A subsequent refit carried out at Amels in 2008, which earned her the accolade of being selected as a finalist in the Best Refitted Yacht section of the World Superyacht Awards in 2009, incorporated a thorough mechanical and electrical refurbishment, added zero speed stabilisers and made major improvements to her styling and functionality.
Nomad was first owned by professional golfer Greg Norman, who named her after the colloquial term for Australian football, Aussie Rules. In 2004 she was sold to Florida businessman Wayne Huizenga, an American real estate developer and owner of the Miami Dolphins, who removed her ability to carry sport fishing craft on the main deck aft and converted this space into a massive entertaining area, while extending the bridge deck to carry a helicopter. here

Athena is currently the fourth largest sailing yacht in the world and has won plenty of awards since it was completed. The sailing yacht is currently for sale by Burgess. The yacht recently had a price reduction of nearly $11 million. In 2012, Athena was listed for sale with a price of nearly $100 million. The price was lowered to $75 million two years later.
The sailing yacht, delivered to its owner in 2004, was custom built and is named Athena. The gigantic sailing yacht was given new equipment and technology back in 2011. The fourth largest sailing yacht in the world has plenty of space. There are a total of three levels on the yacht. There are a number of areas in those three levels, including a large dining room.
There is also plenty of spaces for the guests on the yacht. Athena has five cabins below decks. The cabins can accommodate up to ten guests. All of the sailing yacht’s interior has been designed by London designer Rebecca Bradley. To illustrate just how large this vessel is, it has a 65-member crew and is equipped with FOUR tenders, per Boat International, including a 72-foot sailing yacht and a 68-foot yacht motor yacht. There also are two 36-foot, 60-knot Buzzi sports boats and a landing craft that’s used to carry a 4x4 Land Rover to shore and a helipad of course.
