He knows my Mercury mercruiser engine like the back of his mind. Best part is he comes out to you so you don’t have to trail your boat anywhere. He has low rates and is a hardworking and honest mechanic, hard to find these days. Highly recommend for someone who doesn’t know much about boat engines and needs their boat serviced.

Brian talks a good game and acts like a nice guy but he is bad news. He is what gives boat mechanics a bad name. I trusted him and he failed me miserably. Long story short, I ordered the entire long block and he was supposed to install it. Should have been plug and play but he had me order the wrong parts and instead of admitting to it he tried to cover his tracks. Brian took the new heads and tried to keep them while he "said" he was milling the old heads. He did not. Brian attempted to steal this $1000.00 part that I paid for. He also charged me for top of the line parts and ordered shitty ones. This man is nothing but a thief. I have filed a police report and I will see you in court Brian. [links]

The characteristic we appreciated most was his concern and sense of urgency for the customer. He fit in the work we needed done so that our vacation time would include a reliable boat. I am a long time Captain in Tampa Bay and last weekend I rescued two of lottoboat's customers in the middle of the bay from a sinking wave runner (they had rented two). After repeated calls to the company, a guy came out on another wave runner, the guy didn't ask if his clients were okay (they were now on my boat), didn't thank me for tying his sinking wave runner to my sailboat, didn't apologize to the clients, and seemed genuinely mad at all of us for his inconvenience! he just told the two clients to both get on one wave runner and go back to the dock. Hopefully they got a full refund! here
