I had a similar item that was stolen and I wanted to replace it. These fish finders are Great for locating fish & structure and even though bottom line is no longer in business these units can out perform many on the market today. I used this finder a few days ago and it worked flawless. We found fish hiding in deep water with it, and had I found what they wanted, Could`ve filled the boat with them. The menu is straight forward and so easy a cave man can do it. It shows surface temp also which is a big asset. A backlight is helpful for night fishing. In conclusion I feel any fisherman would be happy with the ease of use & perfomance of this fish finder on his or her boat. Sincerely, var383
It was listed as used . I got it to replace my old unit but when I got it the socket for the power was broken . No prongs ! Took it to a repair shop they said that its JUNK ! I was so upset I TRASHED IT ! What Goes Around Comes Around here

Next thing I would do is turn up the sensitivy. With the unit on put your hand or foot under and transducer and see if you can feel or here the tansducer sending out pulses. If yes then make sure transducer is pointing straight down. Next clean the transducer with a soft cloth and some dish liquid soap.
I do not know the unit at all but it is the same as troubleshooting most depth finders. here
If you are at an office or shared network, you can ask the network administrator to run a scan across the network looking for misconfigured or infected devices. here
If you are on a personal connection, like at home, you can run an anti-virus scan on your device to make sure it is not infected with malware. here
