Pubbelly Sushi originated in South Florida, the Miami-based restaurant group is offering guests with some of its most innovative Japanese and Latin fusion dishes created by Chef Jose Mendin. The 2021 Miami Spice lunch menu highlights Robata-styled dishes. Appetizers guests can select from are the Filet Mignon Skewer – Yuzu truffle, charred spring onion, or Truffle Corn (vegetarian) – Cotija, truffle crema, yuzu. From the Sushi Bar indulge in Rockshrimp Tempura – Avocado, mango, spicy tuna, spicy mango, Nigiri – three black shichimi aburi, wasabi, ginger, Yellowtail Roll – Green soy paper, truffled yuzu, kanikama, nori tempura flakes, or Crispy Avocado Roll (vegetarian)– Arroz pegao, smashed avocado, ahimi, spicy mayo, truffle oil, sea salt.
