Classic 1964 Chris Craft 28' Sea Skiff Corinthian. Beautiful Original Boat. 215 Original Hours. I am the 2nd owner. Ive owned the boat since 2006 and it was boathouse kept its entire life. Ive kept it in inside winter storage since Ive owned it. No rot or wood that has been replaced. She is all original. It has a lapstrake plywood hull similar to a Lyman. Very well built. The 327 Chevy engine has had all its maintenance done to make it reliable. Tune Up, Carb Rebuild, New Fuel Pump, New Belts and hoses. Fuel Tank was cleaned and sealed. Newer Canvas. I do not have a trailer for the boat. A local marina has a hoist for haulout and I can assist with getting it there. I also have some contacts for local movers. Classic yacht configured as a Live-Aboard. Has about 1100 sqft of space, two cabins, two salons, galley with full house kitchen setup with pantry, large Euro wash/dryer unit, and more. As family grew up and moved off, it became more boat than I could handle. She needs new owner with time, resources, and energy to care for her. She is a wood yacht that was fiberglassed over that is still in great shape.
I just moved off, still purging stuff off the boat, and planning refit work after purge. Offering chance for someone to purchase at a low price before I increase from cost of refit. This way you can refit, redesign, and clean her up as you like … just like fixing up a old classic car. Note this is a Project Boat, not a ready turn key fun boat. Engines do run and she has left the slip twice within 12 months. She will need a haul out for some work that can only happen out of water and paint job. Gen is inop but repairable. There are several wood repair/replacement projects needing done. Most from rain water damage. None below water line. I have all detail manuals and parts list for all systems of the boat to including base electrical blue prints.
