First off because of covid times they are not providing shuttle transportation but will charge you $40 us for a 7 minute drive from the airport to the hotel. What confuses me , you can't provide shuttle bus because of covid times but you can have excursions and charge people on the same shuttle buses . The taxi the hotel sent me was definitely built in the early 80's , old and dilapidated. The driver was very pleasant I must say . Upon arrival my room wasn't ready and they wanted to give me a room with a partial view which I wasn't pleased about because I paid for oceanview which they said in order to get oceanview you have to pay for an ocean front room . If the room Does Not have a full oceanview, then please do not advertise it as oceanview on your website. I finally checked into my room at about 5:20pm , the AC was blasting when I entered the room but had a smell of old feet. The room was more a view of the pool and not the ocean. Food situation is terrible, not much choices, the burgers are horrible and yes you will get your burger on sliced bread when there is no more hamburger bread. Due to Covid times your room well be cleaned every 3 days . Getting towels and toiletries Only takes about 2 hours to get to your room after phone call. THE ONLY THING THIS PLACE HAS GOING FOR THEM IS THE LOCATION. THAT'S IT! My bathroom door doesn't even lock , elevators and ice machines are run down and again did I mention the food is not great with not many choices.. THE WIFI IS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE.. Save your money go to RIU, Hyatt somewhere else besides this dump. Paid $2000 for this so called all inclusive and it was absolutely highway robbery. Definitely won't stay here again. here

Spread out over 85 acres with a mile-long beach and five pools, there’s plenty of room to do exactly what you want—even if that’s nothing at all. A series of four-story buildings house the resort’s 250 rooms—there aren’t many neighboring properties nearby and it doesn’t feel as touristy as other resorts on the island.
If you want to get a taste of a true Caribbean beach, head to Anse Chastanet on the west side of St. Lucia for what many consider the best beach on the island. Clear water and an abundance of marine life make it a great location for swimming and snorkeling, access is free and it’s less busy and crowded than Reduit Beach. It is on the southwest side of the island in Soufrière.
