I used to have a 1983 Renken 18 footer.It had a Mercury outboard on it.
I owned it for several years and sold it for more than i bought it for.
It was a well built boat.I would buy another one if i found a good deal on one.
I never had one problem with it.
they have great reputations. sounds like a nice hull, power plant combo.
