I just adjusted my carbs to make my outboard idle perfectly, and now it wont start anymore. It was usually idling really rough with constant lean sneezing and sometimes only pne cylinder firing, but now that i've adjusted it, it runs damn near perfect. or. ran. It wont start anymore. Engine cranks, but doesn't fire. Also the primer seems to lose pressure after 10 secs more
Air leaking into the fuel system did you do a rebuild or just the idle screw? Might be time for go through the fuel system with new parts after finding your issues
Just the idle screw. Also, it's sat in a bug jug of water so i dont kill the impeller and overheat it, and it's abour half a meter deep, and about ⅕ of it is a layer of oil. Like the oil went to the top and it is a LOT of oil. So it might be too much oil in the cylinders for it to start? It does start after a lot of struggling, and it spews out blue smoke for about one-two minutes after startup
