Ramusake is proud to announce its five-day pop up experience at the Formula 1 Abu Dhabi Grand Pix 2019, partnering with the prestigious W Abu Dhabi Yas Island, formerly Yas Marina Hotel, overlooking the Grand Prix race track.
The chequered flag may have fallen on the 2020 Formula 1 season, but for eight of the ten teams, the work is not finished yet. On Tuesday they will be firing up their cars one last time before the year is out, for the post-season test day in Abu Dhabi.
F2 champion Mick Schumacher will be driving for his new team Haas, while Yuki Tsunoda – who came third in the F2 championship behind Schumacher and Ilott – will be piloting an AlphaTauri, with the Japanese racer expected to be announced as driving for the team in 2021 alongside Pierre Gasly. Mercedes, Ferrari, Red Bull, Renault, AlphaTauri, Haas, Alfa Romeo and Williams will all be in action on track, on what is the last official day of F1 running in 2020. McLaren and Racing Point are not taking part.
Now in its seventh year, the Yasalam festival, produced and orchestrated by FLASH Entertainment, is set to deliver seven weeks of music, entertainment, health, community and UAE culture celebrations. Race weekend attendees will be treated to four electrifying days of world-class entertainment at the du Arena from November 27 to 29, and there’s entertainment for everyone down at the Abu Dhabi Corniche with the F1 Fan Zone and Beats on The Beach!
Arabic night kickstarts the Yasalam After-Race Concerts on November 26. DJ Said Mrad – the guru of Arabian electronic dance music, Fares Karam – traditional Lebanese and Dabke star, Aryam – the Emirati songstress and Cheb Khaled – world music icon and pioneer, who propelled Arabic music onto the global scene, will entertain race attendees and fans.
On November 26 at the Abu Dhabi Corniche, Prince of Philippine rock Bamboo will get the party started alongside Emirati talent Fayez Al Saeed, as part of the UAE’s biggest free music festival,Volkswagen Beats on The Beach. Grammy-nominated rapper J.Cole will be joined by the Lebanese king of romance, Wael Kfoury, as well as UAE star Omar Al Marzooqi to set things in motion on November 27. [links]
Tsunoda will be joined by compatriot Marino Sato in the second AlphaTauri car, with the F2 driver set to enjoy his maiden outing in F1 machinery. [links]

Mercedes has called on its Formula E drivers to take part in the Abu Dhabi young driver test, naming Stoffel Vandoorne and Nyck de Vries last week.
Team boss Otmar Szafnauer was particularly outspoken about it, saying in Sakhir: “It's a young driver test, and a two-time world champion almost in his forties to me isn't a young driver.” more
