The four mounting screws that are included with this unit can be used to attach the seat to any seat swivel or standard pedestal system. There are no pinch aluminum hinges, by the way. But I vote for making an access hole to install a bolt, nut and washer on each one. The washer distributes the impact over more area. here

I have seen large sheetmetal screws fail fairly quickly in thin aluminum. The problem is not sitting in the seat while in operation, but in traveling to and from the water on the trailer. It's the impact on them.
A flip bolt design like this might be a better option:
