DAY 6, Wednesday - Visit Amalfi & Furore
Spend a full day at leisure or travel to the town of Amalfi, home to the famous Limoncello liqueur, surrounded by cliffs and stunning coastal scenery. This UNESCO World Heritage Site also produces bambagina, a thick handmade paper used worldwide. Learn more about this unique skill at the Museo della Carta. After enjoying the sites and sounds of this popular town, continue to Furore, a little-known destination located between Amalfi and Positano. Due to its geographical position among the mountains and a central fjord, this hidden town is a delightful surprise. Its open-air museum of murals is a highlight but the main attraction is the dramatic 'Fiordo' or fjord. View a cluster of old fishermen houses cling to the side of the rocky gorge
