1998 Performance Cruising Gemini 105 M Fast and comfortable with a shallow draft of 1.5ft and a width of 14ft which makes this cat capable of useing any standard slip.We are the seccond owner and have made many improvements inthe last 5 years to make our boat closer to the MC model which is generally $20,000 more expensive .We installed new swing keels ,custom made by Hunter ,made stainless suppport for the cockpit cover and installed a new throttle/gear contol on the stb side of the wheel. We found this made docking far easier for single handed operation.This boat also has remote steering and remote anchor windlass operation This year we renovated the interior with new wall covering , revarnished teak floors and cabinets,new cushion upholstery and an additional fridge(solar powered) to give more storage room. This boat is has everything needed to sail to the Bahamas tomorrow and is in great shape other than the normal deck crazing that all Gemini's are subject to.She was surveyed in 2014 and given a value of $89,950 and is still insured for that amount

OTHER:
In August 2002 IMMANUEL and the dinghy were hauled out and completely checked out. Two coats of Pettit SR bottom paint was applied to both vessels (boat & dinghy), seacocks checked and greased. Two new zinc�s were added and all cables and steering checked. Rudders were checked and painted. Several small blisters were noted and repaired. Bottom hull and top sides completely buffed and waxed. All windows were cleaned and polished w/Mequiars mirror glaze. All stainless steel cleaned and polished as well as all lines cleaned and washed. All electric�s checked and found OK. Engine oil changed on Yanmar and oil filter added, gear oil changed on both engines. All sails and rigging was checked and cleaned. All interior teak cleaned and oiled as well as all interior and exterior lockers painted. Head was rebuilt and �Y� valves cleaned and greased. Head plumbing completely cleaned out. Fresh water pump rebuilt. ALL THIS IS DONE ONCE A YEAR, SOME THINGS MORE OFTEN NOTE: the price includes the Dinghy with a value of $5,200.00:
