This has been on my bucket list for years to join my dad on one of his fishing adventures in Alaska since I never could before while I was in the military. Just did a 4 day charter with Micheal at Happy Hookers chargers and the entire experience was amazing! Michael was a top notch captain and his deckhand Johnathan was superb. They had us on the fish non stop, we ended the trip with over 250 fish that went to the processor (halibut, king salmon, silver salmon, king cod, ling cod, grey cod, rock fish etc. and even a octopus yielding over 900 lbs of meat for the freezers) with many more that were thrown back because of catch limits! The boat was immaculate, provided lunches were fresh and delicious! There is nothing more we could have asked for! If you are looking for the time of your life fishing this is the charter to book with and I will be returning to restock my freezers again in the future without a doubt! [links]

I've been fishing charters for years now all over the world and without out a doubt Capt Michael and his crew John are some of the best I've come across. In 4 days of fishing we hauled home 970 lbs of processed fish. He keeps a great ship and she rides nice plenty of room for your fishing party and the lunches that were provided were top notch. This fisherman will be back for sure. more
