Actual Condition It is reported this Irwin 52 suffered water intrusion through a failed intake hose for the AC unit mounted behind the galley. Seawater entered through the failed hose and quickly filled the bilge. The water reached a level approx 15 inches above the main salon floor. The vessel will need mechanical, electrical, and cosmetic repairs to all areas that got wet. The hull appears sound and the vessel shows well, considering.
