1992 J Boats 40 You don't see a boat like this every day. Kaholo is a beautiful turn key performance cruiser. She is hull number 83 of 86, which means she is not only a late model but, her interior was redesigned from the original J40. Basic Rate: Rent is for the berth based on size of the slip indicated, including up to 3′ permitted overhang. Waiting List Deposit: $150.00 non-refundable – applied to the first month’s slip fee. Performance Fee: Equal to one (1) month basic slip rent. Liveaboard Charges: 50% of the basic slip rate. Available only on boats 35′ and larger. NO PETS. Card Key License: The FIRST TWO (2) keys are FREE – $25.00 for each additional key, non-refundable. Transfer Fee: The FIRST transfer is free – Additional transfers $50.00 ea. Guest Berths: All vessels – $1.50 per ft/per day – min. $45.00 $25.00 refundable card deposit.

Regular boaters and guests of liveaboards are limited to overnight stays on board of no more than two (2) days a week, whether consecutive or not and no more than two (2) guests at any one time. Authorized liveaboard is limited to registered boat owners and direct family members. Guests of boaters who do not hold liveaboard agreements are subject to the same criteria as above. Any unauthorized liveaboard charges are double the liveaboard rates. here
