Two people Three is better! Just be certain of WHAT you are rolling the boat onto. I had cement blocks and when the boat was rolled the bow sat on one box and one block at each transom corner. [links]
I have a 16'ft Starcraft. With the floor out and motor off 4 guys can tackle it. Now with mine with the transom out and the splashwell out and basically everything gone except the hull I can move it myself but just cause of the length I would want another guy if I were taking it on and off the trailer. If your moving it any distance put a crowbar through the bow eye with a guy on each end and 2 guys on the back any you will be good to go. Oh and lastly I suggest beer before and after and maybe a little red meat it helps when you ask them to come back and flip it again. here

Because of the size, you should be able to easily get wherever you want to go, even docking won’t be as challenging as it would be in a larger boat. The weight: here

It comes with rod holders and a live well to cover your fishing needs or go for a cruise around the lake. Either way, you’ll be comfortable on the Ultra 162 Fish and Cruise. [links]

Rule #3: Make sure that your load is secure. Strap the boat to the trailer and avoid putting loose items in the boat while towing. It is not uncommon to see an improperly secured boat bounce off the trailer on a rough road. [links]
Rule #4: Determine if you need four-wheel drive. Even if the ramps at your local fishing spots are well maintained with gentle slopes, four-wheel drive could still be needed. This is especially true for saltwater locations or for bigger boats. [links]
The saltwater anglers among us will surely appreciate the wide variety of inshore and offshore fishing boats available. Most offshore vessels are much bigger than many anglers intend to tow. For that reason, we will stick to the smaller inshore boats that are ubiquitous along coastal waters.
If you already have a vehicle with adequate towing specifications for your boat, then you are all set. For those of you in the market for a boat and a vehicle to tow it, here is a simple list of 16 popular vehicles and their tow ratings.
