The Amer 100 has multiple power options depending on how you plan to use the yacht. For long range cruisers that wish to be more fuel efficient, the Amer 100 can be fitted with either twin Cat C-18 Acerts at 1,015HP or twin MTU 8V 2000 M84 1,085HP engines. For owners who wish to travel more quickly, the Amer 100 has two more propulsion options in twin CAT C32 Acert 1,925HP engines or twin MTU 12V 2000 M95 1,920HP engines. more
New details and renderings have been revealed of Sunseeker’s 29.8-metre model, 100 Yacht. The two-deck yacht is due to launch in the autumn of 2021 and will be constructed with a GRP hull and superstructure, with a volume of approximately 125 GT. The new Sunseeker 100 Yacht showcases the British shipyard’s commitment to maximising volume while staying within the CE Cat A under 24-metre rule. As such, an open-plan interior layout features full-height glazing in the penthouse-style saloon and dining area with decor that is described as 'timeless with a modern twist'. The 100 Yacht will also feature a raised pilothouse and a new hardtop design. Ten guests will be accommodated for across five staterooms with en-suite facilities: a full-beam master stateroom on the main deck with private access to the foredeck terrace, a walk-in wardrobe, office area and lobby entrance as well as four lower deck guest cabins. Crew quarters, located forward, will accommodate up to five crew in three cabins equipped with en-suite facilities. To maximise her entertainment amenities, the Sunseeker 100 Yacht range will feature a tender garage that is transformable into a beach club. The ‘X-Tend’ sun loungers first seen on the Sunseeker 87 Yacht have also been incorporated into the design of the 100 Yacht for maximum comfort during sunbathing. The flybridge with a glazed forward section flows into the foredeck space to create a seamless interaction between the two areas, allowing for a more social onboard experience. This area also comes with an optional bridge helm station, generous seating, fully-equipped wet bar and space for a spa bath or additional loungers. The Sunseeker 100 Yacht will be equipped with twin diesel MAN V12-2000 engines with 2000 hp each and have a fuel capacity of 12,800 litres, enabling her to reach a top speed of 27 knots. Andrea Frabetti, Sunseeker CEO, comments: “The 100 Yacht is a remarkable example of bespoke refinement and it has been crafted with the passion and precision only found at Sunseeker. This new model is packed with new features and entertainment options including what we believe to be the first open-plan bow to stern entertainment deck and an owner's suite with private access to its terrace at the bow.”
