Captain Lee did not expand on much more in the trailer on his "condition."
The new crew in question includes new chief stewardess Heather Chase, stews Jessica Albert and Fraser Olender and deckhands Jake Foulger, Rayna Lindsay and Wes O'Dell. more
"I have a condition," he can be heard telling first officer Eddie Lucas when the clip begins. "The whole boat is your ballgame now."
On Below Deck Sailing Yacht, the crew works incredibly hard to give charter guests the most amazing luxury getaways. The charter guests then show their appreciation at the end of their time on the yacht with a tip, which gets evenly divided among the whole crew. However, that isn't the only payment the Parsifal III crew members receive on Below Deck Sailing Yacht.
Though the tips left by the guests aren't always what the crew was expecting, given the level of service they provided during the charter, Captain Lee Rosbach said that the gratuities have gotten better since the early days of Below Deck, noting that there were some particularly "good ones" in the most recent Season 8. "I’m not sure exactly what the catalyst is; I just hope it doesn’t quit," Captain Lee said during an exclusive interview with Bravo Insider earlier this year. "And I'm very grateful for it." [links]

Below Deck Sailing Yacht executive producer Jill Goslicky revealed what the crew members get paid during an AMA (Ask Me Anything) on Reddit on March 1, which also featured Captain Glenn Shephard and first mate Gary King. "They get paid in a few different ways," Goslicky said. "They do get a salary for being hired as part of the yacht crew, they do get to keep their tips, and they do get a production fee." more

Refinery29 has broken down exactly how such cruise ship members could be earning. more
Originally airing in 2016, the show has given fans a chance to see the lives of five different groups of yacht crew members.
It isn’t known how much they could earn in each episode, however.
For the crew members that appear in the series, they will also get a small amount of money for being in the show.
The captain on Below Deck typically divides tip money evenly amongst the crew. Sometimes this practice can be a little hard to swallow when one team pushes harder during a specific charter. When chief stew Kate Chastain and second stew carried the majority of a recent charter on Below Deck, Chastain couldn’t help but tweet. “I hope you all are enjoying tonight’s #BelowDeck, keep in mind while you watch that all crew were splitting tips evenly….that notion adds extra oomph.” more
Superyacht captains make anywhere from $120,000 to $180,000 annually. The larger the vessel, the higher the salary. Some captains make up to $210,00 a year. The chef typically makes anywhere from $70,000 to $100,000 and the bosun can expect between $48,000 to $60,000. [links]
Beyond getting to explore exotic locations like Tahiti and the Caribbean, Below Deck crew members also make a good amount of coin. In addition to their base salary and practically free room and board, crew members make a tip, which can amount to some serious money. here
On Below Deck, the captain is handed an envelope brimming with cash at the end of the charter. However, guests can wait to review the account statement before adding in gratuities. Or wait for the final bill reconciliation to award tip money.
Just like any hospitality service, tipping is based on a percentage of the total bill. The Mediterranean Yacht Brokers Association recommends guests tip anywhere from 5% to 15% as a customary range. Gratuity is given at the guest’s discretion and crew cannot drop any hints or make suggestions about tips during the charter. here
