disconnecting the throttle cable from the motor has no effect, the issue is in the throttle box.. HOW DO YOU GET IN THERE?

coming back on the throttle is worse.. apparently there is something spring loaded in there because as I back it off from wot its nothing.. nothing then there is an audible *shunk* inside the throttle assembly and it goes from perhapos 4k rpm to 2.. I literally cannot throttle down from 4k to 3K it slips to 2 then I throttle up to 3.

The Vehicle Identification Number is located on a silver sticker at the front of the trailer on the inside of the rail on the passenger side. A decal is also placed on the bottom of the tongue of the trailer. For EZ Loader Custom Trailers only , if the silver sticker is faded you can find the last 5 digits of the VIN number stamped on top of the trailer frame, before the frame welds into the trailer tongue. EZ Loader can recover the complete VIN number with these 5 digits.

EZ Loader Custom Division utilizes two types of lubrication systems. The first is known as EUZ, manufactured by UFP, a division of Dexter Axle, in which the lubricating grease is inserted into the fitting under the rubber cap and uses standard marine grade grease that you can find in most auto-part stores . The second is known as the Vault "Hybrid Lubrication System” which should not require maintenance for 5 full years. The hybrid oil for the Vault system is only available from EZ Loader Custom or UFP in San Marcus, California. For more details on the Vault bearing system please visit ufpnet.com.

The caliper is part of the brake assembly which houses the brake pads and pistons. If you have a stuck caliper, the brake pad will not completely disengage from the surface of the brake rotor. This means you will be driving with the brakes applied slightly all of the time. Driving with a stuck caliper can create stress on the transmission, causing it to fail earlier. There are a lot problems that can accompany a stuck caliper.

One cause for a stuck caliper is if the brake pad shims get caught, or debris builds up in between the spaces. If this happens, the pads will not be able to slide in and out correctly, causing the caliper to stick. A mechanic will be able to clean the brake pad shims, or replace the brake pads with new ones if needed. here

Driving with a stuck brake caliper can be difficult because the brake will be slightly depressed at all times.

Ford’s 2022 F-150 Lightning, with a towing capacity of 10,000 pounds, sports EPA range numbers of 230 miles for the “standard” battery pack and 300 miles with the optional “extended range” pack. The trailering range is probably going to be around 150–200 miles depending on the battery pack.

The appeal of exploring the country while towing a travel trailer appeals to all age groups and interests, too. The popularity of RVing has even attracted media attention from the Wall Street Journal, which ran “The Safest Way To Travel This Summer” in a May 2020 issue.

Start shopping around for the 30-foot-plus bumper-pull trailers and the GVWRs can top 10,000 pounds, which is nearing the upper limit for most full-size pickups and SUVs towing with a weight-distributing hitch.

So, if the tow vehicle is rated for a maximum of 6,000 pounds, the chosen trailer should have a GVWR of 4,500 pounds or less. Likewise, if the tow vehicle is rated to tow 10,000 pounds, a good trailer weight is 7,500 pounds or less.

When you shop for RV travel trailers, you’ll see a wide range in gross vehicle weight ratings (GVWR), even in the tiny trailers and off-road trailers. For instance, the typical teardrop trailer comes in between 1,500 and 2,500 pounds, with the more robust overlanding off-road trailers coming in with a GVWR between 2,500 to 4,500 pounds. Pop-up tent and hard-sided campers generally have GVWRs between 2,000–4,000 pounds.

But what he found out later when looking up the maximum trailer tow ratings in the Ram towing guide was that his particular pickup, with the standard 3.21 axle ratio, was limited to just 8,330 pounds. Fortunately, he persuaded the dealer to swap his new pickup for an identical one that was equipped with the “premium” 3.92 axle ratio, which was rated to tow 11,430 pounds—a much better match to the trailer and much safer for his family. more
