Pricing below is for a new engine without installation. Pricing does not include any rigging components. Specifically: no prop, control box, battery, battery box, gas tank, shift cable, throttle cable, tach harness, key harness, or steering systems. Components necessary to mate an engine to a pontoon will vary depending on model of the engine, model of the pontoon, customer choice of options and horsepower. Average rigging costs for an engine 115 hp. or less is $1000. It also does not include or labor. Average rigging costs for a 150 hp to 200 hp is $3000. Average rigging costs for 225 hp. to 400 hp. is $4000. This can vary both up and down in cost depending on the pontoon and the exact engine. The average costs above do reflect both rigging material and labor.
