The deck boat is equipped with enough seats for a capacity of 15 onboard passengers (depending on the length of your boat), and is lined with padded seats all around the boat. Deck boats also include an open cock pit complete with two chairs for the driver and a passenger. There is also plenty of onboard storage and you can also store your skis and wake boards off the side of the tower. Overall it's a skier's dream and one heck of a boat! here
The deck boat with a ski tower is perfect for water sports. The ski tower is designed for water skiers to attach their cord to the top of the ski tower instead of the back of the boat, giving them a much better reach and the ability to do more tricks.

I did one for a 23 foot Larson with a v-8 between two jump seats, 2x2 frame with 1/2 plywood. I managed to save the vinyl from the old one, (my frame rotted). Came out good enough to look stock, and it was sturdy enough to step/sit on. Might check boat junkyards if you don't have interest in building. here
Re: Buy or Build a inboard engine cover? Where to find?
Can you show us some pics of what is there now? Often, the cover is simply a piece of plywood, with foam and a vinyl cover above it.
Any decent yard should be able to custom fabricate you a cover, glass it and put some cushion with vinyl on it for you if you want it.
I have a 84' Cheetah with a Mercruiser and I want to replace the engine hatch as it was home made and very very poorly built. I was looking online and couldn't find where to buy them. Has anyone bought one and where so? Has anyone built one? What should I do if I need to build one?
Don’t leave your boat out in the shed to die, or it likely will. Out of sight out of mind right? I get this call all the time, ” I bought a boat from you a year ago and when I unrolled it the attachments were coming off, is this under warranty?”. Short answer probably not. Typically when I look up the deal the customer bought it ten years ago and left it to die in his/her shed until someone said “boat” and triggered a memory. A lot of the time they thought they were calling someone else and that short answer sounds like, “I don’t sell insert non-Zodiac brand here.” Your tin shed can get hotter than Hades in the summer time and colder than the Moon in winter time. Put ten years of that abuse and neglect to any boat, inflatable or otherwise, and you will encounter problems. Keep your investment shipshape by storing it in a house closet or in the garage off the floor and be a happy camper in the spring. more
This one is hard for some people to figure out for some reason? If you are going to leave your inflatable boat inflated for the winter you better be prepared to kick some air into it once in awhile with your foot pump. Keep it full and firm and problem free. here
