Dampen the stained area with your garden hose, making sure to cover the entire stain. Do not over-water. You’ll know you added too much if puddles develop. If this occurs, simply allow the water to dry or mop up the excess with a towel before continuing. [links]

Surprisingly, some folks claim that walnut hulls have medicinal purposes. Many herbalists swear by black walnut hulls for the treatment of constipation, diarrhea, skin diseases, fungal infections, and cold sores. I don’t personally have any experience with this and I’d recommend you check with a doctor first before trying anything crazy.

If you’ve done everything you can and the stain still refuses to go away, consider installing carpet directly over the concrete and simply hiding the mess.

Walnuts are capable of staining concrete due to a chemical found in the hull of the shell known as juglone. While this chemical is deadly to vegetation, it merely causes some minor irritation in humans. here

Staining from a black walnut is similar to the staining of henna, Dr. Anthony says. Depending on how long they are handled, hands or other parts of the skin may turn black where the walnut has been. The same goes for outdoor areas like patios. more

Wash your hands thoroughly, using a good quality soap. This will help remove any residue that may be adding to the stain. Once your hands are clean, it will be much easier to determine how much of a walnut stain you have to deal with.
Apply lemon juice. You can squeeze the juice of one lemon or use roughly a half-cup of commercial lemon juice. Liberally apply the juice to the walnut stains, taking time to work the juice into the skin surface. The acid will be to lighten the skin, restoring a more natural appearance. Depending on the severity of the walnut stain, it may take two or three applications to see a difference.
Follow up with a round of cooking oil. Olive, peanut, or vegetable will all do the job. Rub the oil into the stained skin, gently but firmly. Not only will the oil help to leech the remaining stain out of the skin, it will also help restore a proper balance of moisture to the hands.
Wash up. After removing the walnut stains, wash your hands with soap again. This will remove any traces of the oil while still leaving a faint scent of lemon. Dry your hands thoroughly, then get back to enjoying those walnuts that you cracked earlier.
If you have dry skin, omit the use of the lemon juice. The acid content may cause the stained area to dry out even further. Move on to applying the cooking oil. Keep in mind that without using the lemon juice, it may take several rounds of the oil to remove walnut stains from hands and other areas more
