You can choose the thickness, the length (left to right measurement) and the width (front to back measurement), whether you want a back and sides, a knife holder, a drink and tool holder, and we will even route and assemble it for you to make things even easier. more
Our dock fish cleaning stations are designed to install on your seawall , dock or marina. While these units are very nice, we recognize that people want options and people may just want a custom fish cleaning table to fit their space requirements. Hence; we developed the Build Your Own Fillet Table Top! Our build your own fish cleaning tables are designed to fit you rindividual needs. They can be installed just about anywhere including the side of your house, your outdoor kitchen, along side your grill or you can store in your garage and bring it out as needed.
As for the other options, we can add a knife holder, which always comes in handy. Our knife holder completely covers the blade and locks the knife into place without upward lift. And on a hot summer day it’s always good to have a place to keep that ice cold beverage handy while you’re cleaning the day’s catch, so why not have a built-in drink holder right on the fish cleaning table? We also throw in a tool holder with the drink holder so you’ll have a place to keep your water hose where you can get to it easily.

• Three 90-degree PVC elbows, 1-inch 90-degree PVC hose
• Elbow, threaded female end to accept a hose PVC ball valve (nonthreaded)
• End cap, 1-inch for the same pipe PVC cement
• Three 3- to 5-inch-diameter stainless hose clamps
Note: Most fillet tables have a raised lip along three sides. If yours doesn't, make one by cutting 3-inch-wide strips of marine-grade polymer (aka Starboard) to frame the left, right and back table edges. Before installing, cut sizable slots for rear drainage on the back strip. more

The machined mounting shafts attach to a sliding mount that gives about 8″ of for and aft adjustment. The mounting shafts are machined from solid 1″ 6061 T-6 aluminum. The shafts are machined to fit Fish-On®, Folbe® or Scotty® rod holder mounts. You have your choice of styles this must be specified when you order. The table is constructed from King StarBoard® that is environmentally stabilized to withstand the harshest marine conditions. It will not warp, rot, or delaminate when exposed to humidity or water.
This table features a plug cut herring jig built into the right side of the table it has a row of 1/4″ holes for temporarily storing hooks or jigs 3 slots sized for scissors or pliers. This table comes with one set of fillet knife holders and has room to add a two more sets of knife holders as an option. We do not machine our knife holder slots all the way through intentionally so that when you push your knife through the .050″ skin it will form fit to your knife and keep the knife tight in the holder. more
The tables are pre drilled for an optional pre tied leader/ line spool holder. Pre tied leader holder material is not included. A section of foam pipe insulation works great for pre tied leaders and a small section of 1/2″ PVC pipe and you are set. I do not include these items because you are going to want extras and it will save you money to make your own all that is needed is a hacksaw. [links]
