The car chase scene at 15.30 mins before the end, is in Domaso, the corner along Via Regina Levante where it meets the end of the little street of Via Regina. We stayed in a holiday appartment on Via Regina a few months ago and recognised the location instantly. It is very beautiful there! [links]

And honestly, if you're even mildly interested in any of these things—Sandler, Aniston, a whodunnit—Murder Mystery isn't the biggest waste of an hour-and-a-half. In fact, I did get legitimately chuckle a handful of times, mostly because Aniston is genuinely a joy to watch even when she's forced to deal with a cringeworthy script and a paper thin plot. Plus, I did learn a lot about allergy medication, so there's that, too.
