We originally started with paint protection for automobiles, RV's and motorcycles. The product works so well we decided to try it on boats and personal water craft and the results are amazing!

ritobana 11.06.2021 8:32:00 You can try Steelflex they put it on airboat hulls. Some duck boats have Ice Runners which are pieces of aluminum angle welded to the small keels. There great for running your boat up onto the ice and breaking through to get to your blind. [links]
TranSlate 07.05.2021 10:21:31 Basher. I've never heard of using garden hose as keel protector. I higly doubt they would stay attached by any method. As far as Rhino Lining. on the outside of the hull. DEFINITELY NOT..unless you will be satisfied with your hull going 6 to 8 MPH. You want the hull exterior to be as SMOOTH as possible. ANY roughness will cause a decrease in driven speed. I Suggest you get an old piece of thick carpet to lay on the beach/ramp to protect your hull. IF you want to use the Rhino Lining(or similar) apply it to just the 4 keels for about a foot or foot and a half where they would contact the ramp. but by NO MEANS apply it to the entire bottom. Jim

shaeehickman86 16.06.2021 11:18:47 As seen on Ship Shape TV and featured on Aaron Martin’s Bass Edge Podcast, Megaware KeelGuard is the choice of boat hull protection by many professional fishermen.

irstax114 17.06.2021 17:51:46 There you have it, a broad range of options at a variety of price points that will provide even the most abused Jon boat hull the protection it needs and give it the TLC required for optimal performance on the water.
pjeromehaydeny 22.06.2021 17:02:15 Drift boats are iconic rowboats that are were first seen in the rivers of Oregon. They are beautiful boats that look stunning on the water and have multiple uses so it's no wonder they are becoming.
These ‘Black Ice’ or Teflon bottom products provide a 3/8” bonded layer of Ultra-High Molecular Weight (UHMW) polyethylene which can be used to either cover the most vulnerable areas of the hull or the entire hull (see featured image at the top of this page).
carolinetimms2 17.05.2021 10:38:00 Polymer coatings may be clear or opaque and thus work exceptionally well as a type of protective “undercoat”. They form a chemical and mechanical bond with your boat’s hull that also protects the hull from staining, tarnishing and protects it from oxidative and environmental damage. more
sbrendanwalkerz 07.05.2021 4:12:33 Antifouling paint is a biologically active coating that prevents hull attachment of waterborne marine organisms that can degrade your hull. This type of paint also facilitates the removal of these organisms if your boat already has this problem.
hypertux 12.05.2021 11:30:19 They are often referred to as topside paint because they are best used on areas that have little, to no, contact with the water. more
