If you can't find an exact fit, just get one that fits your needs. You can unscrew the mounting hardware from the deck and reposition the hardware to fit your new cooler dimensions. Just be sure to seal the old holes (and the new ones) with 4200 or 5200 when you are done. I just moved one side of my hardware (less than 1/2 inch) to fit the new cooler when I replaced mine last spring. I went with a 70 qt Coleman (non-padded top) from Wal-Mart.

I just couldn't find the KW at what I deemed was a reasonable price. If I could've, I think it essentially would've been a coin flip between the two boats.
I striper fish with a guy who has a Key West. Great boat! Although its an 18' it fishes like a MUCH bigger boat. Great fit and finish too

I'd price out the rigs you want, shop around, and compare. It's good to wait to find the right deal, but at some point you need to pull the trigger. Ask yourself what you *really* need, and then ask yourself where you can compromise. Ask yourself how long you want to keep the boat and what its purposes will be. If you answer these questions honestly, it usually makes the decision a lot clearer.
