Constructions and Dimensions
The 350.39ft Custom sail yacht ‘Black Pearl’ is one of the largest sailing yachts ever built. It was built by Oceanco in the Netherlands at their Alblasserdam shipyard. It was delivered this year to her owner. So, here is everything you need to know about the largest sailing yacht in the world.
The Dynarig System is the safest, most efficient, and high-performance sailing system. The Black Pearl features a 3 mast Dynarigsystem. The masts are freestanding with the yards attached rigidly to the masts. The entire masts rotate in place to adjust the angle of the sails. Hence, the sails are without gaps between them which creates a single panel to capture the wind. It is believed to have twice the efficiency of a traditional square rig. more
The project was primarily run by Nuvolari Lenard, but his contract was cancelled and Freivokh finalized the project. This is the first sailing yacht for Oceanco and it’s 106 m (348 ft) long.
Dynarig System
At 127-metres, the yacht will top the list of largest sailing yachts in the world, beating the reigning champion Sea Cloud by 17 metres, and 93-metre EOS, which currently holds the title for the world's largest three-masted schooner. [links]
In the book, Amazon Unbound, an excerpt from which was published by Bloomberg, the superyacht is described as “one of the finest sailing yachts in existence,” with "several decks" and "three enormous masts." The book reports that an accompanying support boat is also under construction. here

Oceanco is no stranger to record-breaking superyachts. The shipyard delivered the 106.7-metre Black Pearl in 2018, which remains the largest DynaRig sailing yacht in the world, characterised by three 70 metre-tall carbon masts. [links]

The 84 metre White Rabbit was launched in 2018, becoming the world's largest trimaran. The multihull superyacht is the fifth in a series of White Rabbits and follows two Feadship monohulls, a 36-metre catamaran built by Austal and a 61-metre trimaran built by North West Bay Ships. White Rabbit was built by Australian yard Echo Yachts to a design by Sam Sorgiovanni with One2Three developing the naval architecture. The numbers are impressive: she has three hulls, a 20 metre beam, and can accommodate up to 28 guests with a crew of 36. In the new season it will be held on March 6-21, 2021, in the new 75 foot racing hydrofoiling monohull yachts AC75. During 2020 a circuit of preliminary regattas will be raced around the world. The first America’s Cup World Series regatta will take place in Sardinia at the end of April, 2020. A Christmas Regatta in Auckland, New Zealand, will culminate the preliminary circuit before the main selection regatta of the PRADA Cup (Challenger Selection Series). more

The world’s leading grand prix monohull circuit TP52 WORLD SERIES was developed in 2011 by owners of three key teams – Quantum Racing, Azzurra and Rán Racing. There is a mix of stand-alone TP52 regattas that includes six events in 2020, but also these high-performance sailboats will participate most prestigious regattas such as Copa del Rey Mapfre, PalmaVela, Rolex Middle Sea Race in an own TP52 division. At the end of March in Cape Town, an iconic place for racing, is announced the ROLEX TP52 World Championship 2020. It will be the very first visit of TP52 fleet to South Africa, so it will be highly supported by local owners as well as well-known local organisers.
