The 40m / 131'3 Custom motor yacht 'My Way V' was built in 2005 by Mondo Marine and last refitted in 2016. Previously named MY WAY her luxurious interior is designed by LUCA DINI Design & Architecture and her exterior styling is by Cor D. Rover Design.

Galiya’s love for travel, people and desire to broaden her horizon to new cultures and ways of life brought her to the yachting industry. Having university degree in Accounting and Auditing, she left her career to explore the world. She joined her first yacht in 2011 and since then had the privilege of working on several yachts growing up very quickly to the position of Chief Stewardess. As Chief Stewardess, Galiya takes great pride in working closely with guests to ensure their perfect vacation aboard. Her work experience gave Galiya the desire to continually strive for the highest standards of guest care. She is delighted to now find herself onboard M/Y My Way. Galiya looks forward to welcoming guests aboard M/Y My Way for what will surely be a truly memorable experience. She speaks Bulgarian, English, Turkish and has a base in Russian. here

Steward (British)
Lee has joined the yachting industry with many years of experience in hospitality. Managing Liverpool’s busiest restaurant for 6 years and looking after a team of 80 people, he has picked up many of the skills needed to succeed in the job that he loves, looking after guests and team members alike to the highest standard.
Working onboard My Way for his second season, he has gained a real knowledge and passion for the boat. He is really looking forward to the season ahead.
His loves in life are most certainly his family, and close behind, sports! An outdoor and very active individual with a thirst for adventure, Lee recently trekked to Mount Everest Base Camp and is already planning his next big climb.
Thomas Robert
Chief mate (French)
Thomas started his career working during the summer months on ships for the French Navy. Soon after, he started his first contract on a passenger ship, where he completed three contracts gaining different skills such as carpentry skills, inventory and organizational skills on the deck. Thomas joined the yachting industry in 2012, working on few boats and having different duties – organizational and navigational. He loves water sports and he is even a diver so he can ensure our guests their fun stay aboard. Thomas worked together with very experienced captains and first mates which helped him to progress his career in Chief Mate position and now is ready to share his knowledge with the rest of My Way crew.
Simona Cocarta
Stewardess (Romanian)
Simona has joined the yachting industry in 2014 after 4 years spent in a 4 Star Hotel, working closely with the different departments. Before that she gained excellent communication skills during her sale manager experience. She was voluntary helping in a pet shop and even she had her own one. Taking a good care of the animals, assisting vets and making happy the customers were part of her day to day routine. Simona is dynamic and enthusiastic person. Her dream to travel around the world and meet other cultures lead her to the yachting industry. Now she is part of My Way crew showing how valuable asset she is for our boat. She is able to adapt her style of service to the different clients’ preferences. Simona speaks Romanian, English and some basic Italian and Spanish. [links]
Greg Turner
Chief engineer (South African)
Greg has joined the yachting industry after having his own plumbing company. Since 2010 he has been on different sizes of boats working as a Solo Engineer or in a team, learning from the best chief engineers in the industry. Greg gained a lot of experience and knowledge to be able to get his Chief Engineer Certificate and be part of My Way crew, where he would ensure our guests that we will keep on sailing. He is very keen on all sorts of mechanic and engineering, and mainly he is a Motorsport enthusiast. He says his passion now is his beautiful 2-years old daughter. more
John Behrns, Mate/ Engineer
John grew up on the Great Lakes and began sailing at a young age. He has completed 4 Mackinac Island Races and many inshore legs. He traded his love for the lakes and ocean for the frozen waters of Colorado, where he spent 5 years running Base Area Activities at Breckenridge and Keystone Resorts. After too many years of living in cold climates John found yachting and jumped in. Since becoming a professional mariner 6 years ago he has traveled The US West Coast from San Francisco to Alaska, the East Coast of the US, and has several years´ experience doing charters in the Bahamas on 55m, 40m, and 34m yachts. John is a certified SCUBA diver, loves Liverpool football club, training Krav Maga, and doing home improvement projects on his home in Ft. Lauderdale.

MY WAY is a stunning Westport fresh from a full refit in 2020 and is new to the Charter Market having been private since launch. No detail was overlooked on her interior and exterior refit and she is sparkling and ready to go! Full engine and mechanical rebuilds were completed in 2019.
Featuring 3 double staterooms and 1 twin she is the ideal boat for both families and couples looking to escape for a little while. Captain Adam and his crew are polished professionals with many years of experience. A brand new 33´ tow tender rigged for fishing and plenty of toys add to her appeal.
Jessi Baker, Chief Stewardess
Originally from Nashville, TN; Jessi has always had a zest for life and a strong desire for travel and meeting new people. During her 8 ½ years in the yachting industry, she has worked on sailing, expedition, and motor yachts in both the private and charter sector. Her areas travelled are The Great Lakes, Canada, the US eastern seaboard from Maine to Florida, Keys, Bahamas, Cuba, and the Caribbean. To ensure that guests receive the safest and most luxurious experience possible, Jessi has received both her STCW and Silver service training, and a culinary degree from The Culinary Institute of Charleston. Most recently Jessi was the solo interior designer on the refit of M/Y My Way, her second yacht design project. Jessi also has a bachelor´s degree in music business and public relations, is an active REDKEN specialized cosmetologist, and a trained makeup artist. During her free time, you can catch Jessi participating in water sports, reading books, listening to music, and studying art, films, interior design, hair, and makeup. She believes it´s important to never stop learning and can´t wait to welcome you onboard! here
Adam Sturman, Captain/ Engineer
Captain Adam Sturman´s love of the Ocean began when he was a few weeks old aboard their family boat sailing Biscayne Bay, Florida. This passion has guided his career, and Adam currently holds his USCG Master 1600GRT upon Oceans License. Adam has been working on sailing and power vessels since he was 15 and has spent extensive time in the Bahamas, giving him excellent knowledge of the waters and activities in the islands. After finishing college at the University of Florida, Adam spent a few years in Colorado, and has since made yachting his fulltime passion and profession for the last 12 years. He has run yachts in the waters of the Caribbean, Cuba, Bahamas, the U.S. Eastern Seaboard from Key West to Maine, Canadian Maritimes, St. Lawrence Seaway, and the Great Lakes. Adam has also project managed a few extensive structural and mechanical refits. Adam is a PADI Scuba Instructor, avid fisherman, spear fisherman, free diver, and photographer. His patience, objectivity, knowledge, and work ethic combine to give guests a memorable charter experience. He truly enjoys sharing his experience with others and is always looking for a new adventure.
