Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 15 days if an item is missing, damaged or defective, or if you received an incorrect item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. To start a return, contact us at sales@bestboatwire .com . Provide us with your order number, date of order and any photos pertaining to your request. Once your return is approved, an RMA number will be issued along with further instructions on preparing your return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Returns of new and unused merchandise, in the original packaging where applicable, are accepted within 30 days of purchase. An RMA number is required for all returns.
