Marine grade switches designed to be used in boating and marine applications, or wherever a switch may be exposed to water or outdoor use. These switches feature integrated seals to protect against environmental conditions, and/or have switch parts made from materials such as brass,stainless steel, or plastic to resist corrosion. Our marine rated toggle switches feature an integrated seal and double insulated design, are UL rated and can be used for either AC or DC switching. Single pole and double pole switch configurations in either ON or Momentary ON operation are available with connections made via 1/4 inch flat terminals. Our marine rated rocker switches are also UL rated and can be used for either AC or DC switching as well. Available in SPST (single pole single throw), SPDT (single pole double throw), DPST (double pole single throw), and DPDT (double pole double throw), these rocker switches also feature either ON or Momentary ON circuits. Printed Contura II Style Cover Separately
Contura II and V are interchangeable with each other. The only difference is the cover (actuator) styling. [links]
Contura II style are rectangular in shape, and have small textured bumps on the cover. We have over 55 boating related (and some not necessarily related) labels pre-printed onto the covers. They are a great upgrade for the older contura III style with 6 horizontal lines. [links]
This Switch is a Single Pole Single Throw (SPST) and it’s function is (ON)-OFF. (ON) means momentary… like a horn would be. It springs back to the OFF position when it is released.
This is a rocker switch body only. This rocker switch body is meant to be paired a etched or printed rocker switch cover for a complete switch unit. All actuators sold on this site will fit this switch. here
This switch has no light in it. If you’re replacing an existing rocker switch, it will likely have “V2D1” stamped on the side (last 4 digits of p/n are not stamped.
