It's powered by a Ford 351 Windsor and that motor has roughly 750 hrs on it. The coils were recently changed and the carburetor was recently rebuilt. Mastercrafts are well known for their build quality and have stood the test of time, provided they're well taken care of. We are the third owners of this boat and it was maintained in impeccable shape. The carpets are original, the interior was redone within the last five years. The gelcoat is in great shape considering it's original. It was recently polished and has some signs of wear but nothing that is out of the ordinary for a 31 year old water craft. I'm the original owner of the extremely clean and perfectly maintained MasterCraft ProStar 205. Always kept in covered storage. Wiped down after every use and waxed frequently. Always used full synthetic oil and changed oil and trans fluid every 50 hrs or less. Interior is in great condition. There is a removable back bench seat which is not pictured. Boat has been upgraded with latest version of Perfect Pass speed control. Original cover is in great shape. Hunter green Sunbrella bimini top included but not pictured. Kenwood Stereo. Custom MasterCraft trailer with new Fulton F2 jack and new GoodYear tires. This boat has a great wake for slalom, trick or wake boarding. Spacious open bow makes for a great family boat. 792 hrs. Up for sale is a 1996 Mastercraft Prostar 205 (20.5' length) it's in excellent condition with Super low hours (145) it's adult owned & it has always been stored indoors. It has never been crashed or abused & has never seen any salt water use. It has the 275 HP Indmar/GM EFI 350 motor that runs beautifully & has plenty of power to get any skier or multiple skiers out of the water with no problem. The interior is in really good shape for its age ( it's not perfect but, it is very presentable) & all instrumentation works as it's suppose to. It also has a really helpful depth finder. Newer high volume bilge pump, It has two newer optima blue top batteries (1) 800 CCA battery for starting & (1) 900 CCA Deep cycle for the sound system & it has a Battery isolator with an off position for when the boat is not in use. The sound system consists of a Alpine head unit CD Receiver Model# CDA 9883 with the IPOD hookup & the Big Alpine 4 Channel Amplifier Model # MRP-F550 with (4) Polk water proof marine speakers & (2) Polk Marine Tweeters with Polk Crossovers & The boat really has quite a bit of storage under the seats in the bow & in the ski locker. The trailer is also a Mastercraft trailer it has disc brakes/bearing buddy bearings, LED trailer lights & newer goodyear trailer tires on the Mastercraft aluminum wheels with a like matching trailer mounted spare. The boat was just serviced & the raw water impeller was changed too. It also comes with a matching colored bimini top & will be sold with a lot of extras (A Few high dollar towables & the battery operated pump to blow them up with)a few nice tow ropes & ski flag, two different anchors, a super nice wake board, skis & plenty of life vests, a spare prop for the boat & even a spare low hour transmission with cooler ( I Purchased the spare transmission from a friend that totaled his boat with under a 100 hours) & quite a few boat bumpers, used to keep the boat away from the dock or other boats/jet skis. The boat also has the original factory snap in cover set (covers the bow when not in use & covers for other parts of the boat, I have never used them).
