Permatex is an excellent brand. They personally steered me to this product to repair leaking truck gutter. Applies easily, works l;like a million dollars.

This is an excellent product to reseal weather stripping, leaks. anything that needs to be sealed. It comes out like a black tar and hardens into a flexible, extremely strong rubber. The only cons are it's a pain to clean up, but WD-40 and paper towels usually do the trick. I used this on my leaky sun roof and weather stripping that was damaged along the edge of my door frame. Worked great. here
