In the end of At World's End, when Flying Dutchman came out of the sea to attack HMS Endeavour, Beckett started staring into blank. He not just delayed ordering his ship to fire, he completely ignored his subordinate's warnings. He continued to stare into blank while Black Pearl and Flying Dutchman inflicted damage to HMS Endeavour.
The screenplay and official novelisation are in agreement that Beckett was basically paralysed by the realisation of his own failure and imminent demise. Interestingly, the scene is much shorter as written. here
"We need you, Jack," he said. "The Endeavour is very near." Beckett's ship was moving quickly toward them. Suddenly, the water began to move-and the Flying Dutchman came up again. She had new, white sails, and her men were clean and smart. Will Turner walked angrily onto the deck. The two ships sailed up on both sides of the Endeavour. Beckett couldn't escape. “Our team thought long and hard about how best to update this scene,” Kathy Mangum, a senior vice president with Disney Imagineering, said in a news release. “Given the redhead has long been a fan favorite, we wanted to keep her as a pivotal part of the story, so we made her a plundering pirate!”
The five Tall Tales follow the player aiding Captain Jack Sparrow through the new locations to stop Davy Jones from gaining control of the lives of Pirates in the Sea of Thieves. Each Tall Tale has a variety of secrets and side objectives to complete that give the player 100% completion for that Tall Tale. Mike Chapman, the creative director of Sea of Thieves, revealed to Game Rant during a preview that players who totally complete each of the five A Pirates Life Tall Tales will unlock something special – and it's one of the most requested additions to Sea of Thieves since its release. more
Completing every Tall Tale in A Pirates Life Tall Tale will give players the ability to play the most famous song of the Pirates of the Caribbean franchise, "Yo Ho A Pirate's Life For Me." [links]

The song plays during the Pirates of the Caribbean ride when visitors boat past a singing troupe of pirates, and it's heard at the very beginning of the first Pirates of the Caribbean movie. It's unclear which version of the song will be used in-game, though the team at Rare worked with Disney to bring authentic sounds and voices from the Walt Disney World ride. It's very possible that it will be as close to the original ride's song as possible, but it's also possible for the song to be a totally original Sea of Thieves arrangement. here
