The craft has a beam of 41 feet, a draft of 6.5 feet, and a gross tonnage of 492. The Royal Falcon One has three guest cabins on the main deck, while the master suite and a VIP suite are on the upper deck. The two outer hulls contain the cabins for the ship's 10-person crew. The tender (smaller service boat) is stowed in the stern, and there is a crane for its deployment and recovery.

The Royal Falcon One was built in Sweden and has two MTU 2300-hp diesel engines capable of maintaining a cruising speed of 15 knots (17.3 mph) and achieving a top speed of 35 knots (40.3 mph). It's currently listed with Camper & Nicholsons at a price only available upon application. [links]

Dubbed the spaceship of the ocean, the 41.4-metre power catamaran Royal Falcon One has managed to remain somewhat of a mystery. After Singapore-based Royal Falcon Fleet spent over a decade developing the project, the new superyacht was captured emerging from her top-secret Kockums outfitting facility in Sweden in August 2019. The exterior designs of Porsche Design Studio have been admired over the summer and it appears that the Royal Falcon One has an equally impressive interior, as shown by recently released images and video footage. After undergoing other seakeeping experiments carried out over a range of significant wave heights and wave periods, the tow tank test results validated the vessel’s 35-knot sprint speed and exceptional seakeeping capabilities.
Photo: Royal Falcon Fleet With a unique hull form and modern architecture in place, Porsche Design Studio saw to the four-deck layout covering a total deck area of 680-square-metres, which sees the master suite and its own private deck space alongside a double stateroom situated on the upper deck and three more double staterooms on the main deck.

Built to Lloyd’s Register classification, the 492 GT catamaran is powered by twin 4,600hp MTU 16V 4000 M93L diesel engines and twin MJP850 waterjets which provide an estimated top speed of 37 knots and a range of 1,200 nautical miles at an economical cruising speed of 15 knots.

Porsche are indeed associated with the luxury automaker, and that's probably why the new 135-foot catamaran-style Royal Falcon One, originally created on computers in the Porsche design studio, looks more like a luxury spacecraft from the distant future than the sleek sailing vessel that it is.
