Look close at the leaking nipple on Cobra regulator inlet connection. Sometimes you can see very shallow depression eroded from gas leaking by. Often you can't see problem other than it leaks. Anyway you can't fix the part only replace with new inlet fitting. First try your leaking Cobra regulator on another full bottle and valve at gas dealer to be sure that is problem before spending money on new inlet fitting. But I am sure that is the problem.
