There are few ferry services which are presently plying between Port Blair - Havelock - Neil Island of which feware privately owned and one run by the Andaman & Nicobar Administration. The private ferry tickets costs between Rs 750 - Rs 2340 and Govt run ferry tickets costs between Rs 380 - Rs 430 per head one way. All the ferry schedules are subjected to weather conditions and the same may be cancelled by the management/authorities without any prior intimation.
The timings are
Departure Port Blair - 0645hrs and Arrival Havelock - 0900hrs
Departure Havelock - 1530hrs and Arrival Port Blair - 1745hrs.

The vessel has the highest capacity of 400 passenger seats and has space to roam around on board. The ferry has open space for the passengers and comes with four classes. Presently it plies between Port Blair and Havelock only. more
M.V Makruzz is the first luxury catamaran in the Andaman & Nicobar Islands owned by MAK LOGISTICS Pvt. Ltd. This is a high-speed twin hull Catamaran Passenger Ferry. The vessel has 2 decks with passenger capacity of 280. It presents three classes for its guests 208 seats in Premium, 64 seats in Deluxe and 8 seats in Royal. The inboard Kiosk is well stocked and can cater to all age groups; huge transparent dark glass windows that run throughout the entire length of the ship's lower deck and upper deck seating area enables even the passengers seated at the far end to have a personalized view of the panorama.

Currently, there are no helicopters or sea planes operational to the Neil Island. here

It's best to use Google Maps for directions to the Neil Island Ferry, by bus, auto rickshaw or by foot if you are nearby.
If you are not a citizen of India, you must carry your passport during boarding.
For children below the age of 1 year, Makruzz ferry ticket is free & for Green Ocean ferry price is INR 225. here
If you want a hassle-free & stress-free holiday, we suggest you not to opt for govt. ferry. Government ferries are primarily aimed at transporting locals and they dissuade the tourists from using them. Go2Andaman does not book govt. ferry ticket.
