A very sweet sailing boat on which you can boat camp for days. Light weight so easy to tow and launch. Most adults can raise and lower the mast by themselves, should you choose to single-hand sail. Trailer has good lights, spare, and running tires. Boat comes with a 2002, 3.5 h.p. Nissan outboard, which runs well and plenty of power. This is a swing-keel model with a kick-up rudder. With both retracted, it will float in approx. 14 inches of water.
Newer mainsail in good condition with reef points. I've set up one line jiffy reefing so putting in, or taking out a reef is easy when it's time to reduce sail area. There is a quite usable jib, a genoa, and colorful spinnaker. Nearly new forest green mainsail cover, and jib bag to protect while moored, or during transport. I installed an economical Hawkeye depth sounder, which is a sailboat essential. This is a clean, and well maintained SJ21 and completely ready to sail today.
