The beautiful Shenandoah of Sark 176' 3"/53.73m designed by Terence Disdale is equipped with all modern amenities becoming your luxury afloat vacation home. This historic classic 3 mast gaff schooner, launched in 1902, has traditional styling and spacious accommodation for up to 10 guests, (8 adults and 2 children). S/Y Shenandoah of Sark underwent a refit in 2019 leaving her in immaculate condition.
On the lower deck, the stunning full beam Master stateroom consists of a double and a single bed. Three large wardrobes and an ample storage for books on bookshelves. An exquisite skylight provides an abundance of light and natural ventilation throughout the stateroom. To enhance the undeniable charm of this sumptuous stateroom a ‘secret door’ hidden behind a bookshelf that leads to the Navigation Station. The starboard Guest Stateroom features a beautiful double bed and it is also equipped with a stand-alone music system and an elegant skylight that enables the refreshing sea breeze and natural light to pour into it. The port forward Guest Stateroom is equipped with a pretty double bed as well as a fixed single bed above, making this stateroom a wonderful option for a couple with a child or for a nanny and kid(s). The port aft guest stateroom has a beautiful double bed and also a removable single bed above. This is a wonderful stateroom that offers versatility for guests with or without children.
Outdoors, the Cockpit area provides a wonderfully comfortable and safe zone to appreciate a day’s sailing in comfort and for a magnificent al fresco dining experience for up to 10 guests. more

This sensational yacht was built by the Townsend & Downey Shipyard with naval architecture by Theodore Ferris. SHENANDOAH OF SARK was one of Ferris’ crowning achievements and is the only one of his designs still sailing today. In the 1990s, the sailing yacht underwent extensive restoration at McMullen & Wing and was recognized at the 1996 ShowBoats International Awards for Best Classic Yacht Restoration. Over the years, this sailing yacht has welcomed guests ranging from royals and important families to gamblers and smugglers.
