Teleflex also makes a wedge kit to change the angle of the helm if that would at all help you (probably not). That extension you linked to doesn't look like it would bolt up to anything I've seen related to a standard helm. [links]

Thanks guys. So I totally restored the interior of the boat and replaced the helm seat with a pedestal, etc. I spaced it a comfortable distance from the console, so my feet/legs weren't all jammed into it. It feels perfect from that perspective but the wheel is just a hair to far away. I'll check out the deeper wheel and the tilt helm. I found some hub extensions for cars - if the bolt pattern is the same, that should work too - right?

Ranger RT / Triton TXP Models – Ranger changed the steering wheel to a 1 piece Steering Wheel/ Cog. If yours boat has Hydraulic Steering, then your steering wheel should measure from the dash to the inside top edge of steering wheel, it should read about 6 3/8 – 6 5/8″, If that is the case, then no spacer should be needed in most cases. If it is 4″ on that measurement, then you will need a complete changeover kit to be able to add a spacer to increase area between steering wheel and unit.
