CLAMCLEAT® FENDER CLEAT Clamcleat® Fender Cleat by Sea-Dog are a quick and easy way to hang fenders from guard rails, stanchions or any other suitable part of a boat. The cleat is attached permanently to the fender rope so it cannot be lost. To hang a fender, all that is needed is to place the fender rope over the guard rail and cleat it in the correct position.
