Seeking further information about Elektra's attackers, Bond goes to a casino owned by his old enemy, Valentin Zukovsky, to find out more about Renard and the men who attacked him earlier. Zukovsky tells Bond that Renard is a former KGB agent and may be working for Russian oil barons in the region who want the King pipeline destroyed. Bond and Zukovsky are summoned back to the main floor; Elektra has come to the casino to show she isn't afraid of her enemies and in hopes of winning a sizable amount of money using her father's standing credit. She loses on a high-low draw but is gracious in defeat. more

M now believes that Renard's next projected target will be Elektra herself. Through sexual coercion, the MI6 doctor declares Bond fit for duty. M then assigns Bond to protect Elektra at all costs and kill Renard, anticipating that using Elektra as bait will lure the terrorist out of hiding. M strictly instructs Bond to not bed Elektra and to keep the identity of her attacker a secret. more

The title comes from the English translation of the Bond family motto, the Latin Orbis non sufficit, which was established and adopted by James Bond in Fleming's novel, On Her Majesty's Secret Service.

Bond travels to Elektra's location near Baku, Russia, where she is overseeing the construction of her father's pipeline. Bond joins her on a brief inspection of the line in the mountains; the area is snowed over and they must ski to the right spot. They are attacked by a small group of men piloting "Parahawk" vehicles. Bond is able to stop them, causing a few of them to collide with the landscape or each other and explode. The last explosion causes a small avalanche, burying Bond and Elektra. Bond deploys a rapid-inflating sphere to protect them, but Elektra panics from claustrophobia. Bond rapidly frees them from the snow and takes her back to her house to recuperate. more

Later, Gabor and a group of heavies are waiting outside the Federal Security Bureau's Istanbul safe house, when Mister Bullion attempts to kill Zukovsky, Bond and Christmas Jones using a briefcase bomb. They escort 007 and Jones to their base of operations in the Maiden's Tower at the southern entrance of the Bosphorus strait. Valentin survives the bombing and leads an assault on the tower. Gabor assists in its defense, but is shot dead by Bond after the spy escapes from an antique torture device.

The novelization largely tracks with the film's depiction of Gabor, although slightly expanding his background and dialogue. In the novelization Bond notes that the character is Fijian, a warrior from Bcqa Island. He was assigned to protect Elektra in the wake of the kidnapping and has done so since. [2] His fate in the novelization differs from that of the film, in that he is shot by Zukovsky during his raid on the Maiden's Tower and collapses, riddled with bullet holes, through a shattered stained-glass window. Gabor is loyal bodyguard to oil heiress Elektra King. He is first seen in Azerbaijan, accompanying Elektra to a meeting discussing the controversial planned path of her oil pipeline. Although he doesn't exit the helicopter, he is present when she heads high into the mountains to check the survey lines with James Bond. He also accompanies Elektra when they visit Valentin Zukovsky's casino. Gabor is also present when M visits Baku and is informed about Renard's plan to blow-up Elektra's oil refinery. At the command center, after Bond is presumed killed in the attempt to prevent the attack, Elektra reveals she and Renard are conspirators. Gabor assists her in abducting M.

The PlayStation version has only 11 missions: "Thames Chase, "Underground Uprising, "Midnight Departure" and "A Sinking Feeling" were not present, and "City of Walkways" was only one mission. Between "Cold Reception" and "Night Watch" there was a mission called "Russian Roulette", in which the player must play a game of Blackjack to get information about Renard from Zukovsky.

The game closely follows the storyline of the movie, with some minor differences. In addition, with a GameShark, N64 players can unlock two additional levels: one dubbed "Crate Yard" and the other "Subterranea." Crate Yard appears to be an early test level, and Subterranea is likely a mission once intended to appear between "Fallen Angel" and "A Sinking Feeling." [links]

As with GoldenEye 007, the in-game weapons are based on actual weapons, but with the names changed. For example, Bond's sidearm, called " Wolfram P2K " in-game, is based on the Walther P99. This was the first 1st-person James Bond game wherein the player could switch the 'mode' in which a weapon operated, such as mounting or removing a silencer or switching from single-shot to full auto. more
