Rectangular SS Stanchion Bases with Single Bail, "H" deck footprint, and a variety of inboard angles. Welded SS Base is (maximum) 3 3/4" long x 2 7/8" wide x 1/8" thick, and attaches to Deck with (4) 1/4" screws on 2 1/2" (fore and aft) x 1 5/8" (athwartships) hole centers. Unit has (2) 3/16" holes for attachment of Stanchion, holes in Stanchion are normally tapped for 3/16" screws. Often used with Special Rubber Base Gasket, SB 36-HRG, below. Special with 11�, and 19� angles as used on some J/24's. HF&A

Trapezoidal SS Stanchion Base with Double Bails and a 5° inboard angle. Formed, Welded SS Base is x 2 3/4" wide x (maximum) 5" long x 1/8" thick, and attaches to Deck with (4) 1/4" screws on 4" (inboard) x 2 3/4" (outboard) hole centers in 'S' Base pattern. Unit has 1/4" hole for attachment of Stanchion, hole in Stanchion is normally tapped (1 3/8" from bottom) for 1/4" screw. Sch 36-01
Special Heavy-duty Stanchion Base as used on J/46. Trapezoidal SS Stanchion Base has a 90° angle and a Single 5/16" Bail. Heavy-duty Base is 3/16" thick x (maximum) 4 3/4" long x 4" wide and attaches to Deck with (4) 5/16" RH screws on 3 3/4" (inboard) x 2 3/4" (outboard) hole centers, athwartships hole centers are 3 1/8" apart. Stanchion socket is 4" high, unit features drain hole and has (2) 1/4"-20 set screws to secure Stanchion. Note: Base is bent to fit the 1/4" outboard deck rise of the J/46. more

Features: New-Old Product. A Brand New die to produce the same toe rail used on many older big boats such as the T-41 and others. An exact replacement for the Tartan 41’s produced in the 70s-80’s. .440” Square Mounting holes are spaced 5.0” on center and are .75” OC in from outboard end. Rail has .875” x 2.00” oval slots with a .4375 radius also on 5.0” centers. This is a big rail and measures just over 2” in height from the deck. Black Hard Coat Anodized provides a long- lasting finish.
