I have the EXACT same problem on my '04 Ram 1500. Seems after testing that the entire fuse panel under the hood is the culprit. Had power all the way to the connector that plugs into the bottom of the fuse panel. and the fuse on the top of the panel is OK too. So the problem seems to be inside the fuse panel circuit board itself. Anybody have advice? I have the EXACT same problem on my '04 Ram 1500. Have same problem. All truck lights are fine. Trailer left turn/brake do not work. Trailer right turn/brake do work. All running lights work on trailer.
