The Goldeneye resort also offers beach huts and lakeside cottages for fans and nature lovers to immerse themselves in the pristine beauty that inspired many scenes in the films. A gazebo Fleming used to write in now serves as a fine-dining restaurant, and the cottages have access to salt and freshwater infinity pools.
Jamaica's Urban Development Corporation now has authority over the property, and visitors wishing to recreate the iconic scene can obtain permission to visit, or rent the beach and on-site villas for weddings and other special events.
It was here, on the grounds of the Rose Hall Plantation, that a crucial scene in Live and Let Die took place. After Bond frees Solitaire, they make their escape through a poppy field and graveyard. This makeshift graveyard with a small shack and nearby field were brought to life for the film on the hills behind the house. here

We’ve already had a glimpse of Norway in the trailer, with Rami Malek’s villain chasing a girl (a young Madeleine Swann, played as an adult by Léa Seydoux) across a frozen lake. This is Langvann, near Hakadal just north of Oslo, a popular outdoor recreation area. The country also hosts an action highlight set on the famous Atlanterhavsveien (Atlantic Road, pictured) that skirts the western coast. Here, Bond in his Aston Martin is chased by Range Rovers over the dips, curves and arch bridges that connect a series of tiny islands. Opened in 1989, the road is regularly used for testing cars and filming adverts.

Filming has also previously taken place in Scotland, after the extended visit home for the climax of Skyfall. A loch-side car chase was filmed in the Cairngorms National Park by Loch Laggan (pictured above), on the estate of Ardverikie House, aka Balmoral in The Crown – though it’s unlikely Bond will be travelling to his homeland for the purposes of the film. Ian Fleming was a keen bird-watcher and took the name James Bond from a leading American ornithologist. Two of his heroines, Solitaire from Live And Let Die and Domino from Thunderball, are named after rare Jamaican birds found in the island’s beautiful and lush forests. [links]

The scene where Ursula Andress meets Sean Connery’s James Bond, for the first time was filmed at a private beach called Laughing Waters in Ocho Rios. Other scenes were filmed at the nearby Dunn’s River Falls.
The Reynolds Pier in Ocho Rios, now part of the Ocho Rios cruise ship facility where many ships dock while in Jamaica, was used as Crab Cay in Dr No. here
The first Bond girl — Casino Royale’s Vesper Lynd — was named after a cocktail Fleming had been given in Jamaica, a mix of frozen rum, fruit and herbs. In the book, Bond creates a gin and vodka version and names it after her. here
